Free shipping:
We offer free shipping in the city of Puebla, covering the central, southern and western areas, as well as in Cholula. For deliveries outside this area, an additional cost will apply. Our customer service team will contact you to inform you about additional charges.
Refund and Exchange Policy:
Once payment is made, there are no refunds, exchanges or returns on floral arrangements. We recommend that you carefully review your order before confirming the purchase.
Delivery Waiting Time:
Our driver will wait outside the delivery address for a maximum of 10 minutes. We appreciate your collaboration to ensure efficient deliveries.
Absence of Receiver:
If the recipient is not there or does not respond, the floral arrangement will be returned to our branch. For a resend, an additional cost will apply. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled time.
Client Responsibility:
Once the floral arrangement is delivered, the responsibility for its care falls to the client. We provide fresh, quality products, and we recommend you follow our care suggestions to maintain the freshness of the flowers.
